IT in Jordan

Choosing Jordan for software development

PowerOne Software started when a team of software developers in the United States moved offshore to Amman, Jordan. We choose Amman - Jordan, because of its highly skilled IT talent, English speaking workforce, solid IT infrastructure, business friendly policies, and low costs; all necessary elements for success in information technology and global outsourcing services. These elements are drawing international attention to Jordan and its capital, Amman, earning both high rankings in the 2009 "Global Services Location Index" and "Emerging Global Outsourcing Cities" reports.

We also choose Jordan to deliver our software outsourcing services because of its openness to the world politically and economically. Jordan has excellent long-standing relationships and open trade agreements with the United States, European Union, and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Jordan is one of the top 10 countries in globalization, according to the latest "Globlization Index" report.

Amman, where our main offices are located, offers our teams great working and living conditions. Amman is a thoroughly modern city that offers high standards of living, diverse culture, and excellent weather.
